Using her powers for good, Nancy applies her fluency in the revenue cycle process through advocacy. Providing staff with tools and resources thereby training them as advocates, fosters an environment where provider focus can stay on patient care. As a result, both patient satisfaction and revenue increase.

Nancy has spent 25+ years learning to speak the medical billing language and learning to navigate the system. By closely monitoring payment trends and overseeing all follow-up, she ensures strict compliance by insurance companies to their managed care contracts thereby maximizing collections.
